Meeting Minutes: March 5, 2015

Location: Hurricane Dockside - Tavares

Proceedings:

  • March Calendar was distributed
  • Ryna opened meeting with 2 dog poems
  • Welcome of new members:

               Susan Riegel & Jake

               Rebecca Stahlnecker & Lili

               Robert Meikle & Sadie

               Carol Tuthill & Stella

               Jay Keating & Dante - Not in attendance

               David Minnici & Yeti - Not in attendance

  • Birthday Party for Jack Walstad

 

 

Announcements:

 

  • Recovery Village is now open for visits on Sundays at 2:00
  • Caring Canines will be kicking off the new AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program

on  March 7th at 10:30, held at Lake Square Mall Community Center.

If you know anyone interested in attending the 6 week classes

for puppies 10 weeks to 1 year,

Helpful Hints:
 Tick Removal – Apply a glob of liquid soap to a cotton ball.

Cover the tick with the

     soap soaked cotton ball and swab for a few seconds.

The tick will come out on its own 

     and be stuck to the cotton ball when you lift it away!
